Returns & Refunds
Please ensure that while accepting shipment of your order, the product packaging is not tampered/damaged. In case if you see any damage, we request you not to accept the order and intimate us of the same.
In case if you receive a damaged/defective product or a product that you have not ordered, you are requested to get in touch with our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery to you at the specified contact details in our ‘contact us’ section. If you fail to do so in 48 hours, we shall not be held liable for the failure to replace your order. Our customer care team will look into your issue and try to provide you resolution within 24 – 48 hours.
In the event that we mutually agree that the product needs to come back to us, you are requested to follow the procedure as stated below:
- Please ensure that the Products should not be used in any manner whatsoever.
- Product should be re-packed using your own packing material containing the product in its original packaging, invoice, price tag, labels, barcodes, user manual etc.
- It is advisable that the packet should be packaged adequately and strongly to avoid any further damage to the product during transit.
- We will arrange a reverse pick-up of the defective product through our own courier partner. In case if we are unable to do so and in many cases as it may take longer for us to do the same, you are requested to dispatch the product via a reputed courier in your respective area within 2 days of receiving the defective product. Courier charges shall be reimbursed by way of credit note of our website.
- The returned orders are subject to checks and verification by our cutomer care team to determine the genuineness of your complaint.
Once we record your complaint we will verify the nature of your complaint and if convinced of the genuineness, we will proceed to resolve as follows:
Once we receive the product from your end and the return of your order is duly accepted by us, we will pack a fresh product and dispatch the same to you within 3 days of receiving the product in our warehouse.
In case if you are returning your order and the same has been duly accepted by us and we cannot, for any reason, provide you the replacement, we will refund the value of your order as originally paid by you as per the following process within 7-21 days of receiving the product in our warehouse.
- Refund mode is determined by the mode of payment to us.
- If it is paid via payment gateway, your refund will be credited directly into your credit/debit card or online bank account.
- In case of cash on delivery (COD) we may provide you with a cheque.
- In case if the product needs to be repaired, we will get the same repaired and dispatch it back to you within the stipulated time period of 7-21 days.
However, in any case if we find that your complaint is baseless and frivolous regarding the issues stated by you after our due diligence, we reserve the right to not provide you the replacement or refund. In this case we may even choose to take legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by us in this regard.
